Read: Genesis 2:1-3 - After God created everything, on the seventh day he finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
Say: God wants us to rest. He made this rest because he knew we would need it. In fact this is a rest with God!
*So lets sit back or lay down and talk with God for a minute. After this timer goes off with will get back up.
God wants you to rest with him more often.

Say: So go find somewhere in the house or outside to talk and listen to him God for 15 minutes. After this timer goes off you will have Sabbathed!

God wants us to rest in his presence. He knew this world will distort the way we think and feel. We need a time to get in sync with him. Our lives need be reformed to his will. So he created a time for us to break away from our schedules and get rejuvenated. The Sabbath is a time to get "refreshed" by God.
